We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Supplements and consumable health products (if opened)
  • Sauna suits and sweat garments (if used)
  • Any item marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at evolveshiftx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
